If you have the desire to build an ongoing income and wish to recruit loan officers, we will train you how and assist you. We pay between 10% and 30% overrides, depending upon your volume. You will be allowed to recruit in our 36 states by newspaper ads, on the net, or word of mouth. We also reimburse advertising cost for recruiting at $100. per closed loan! We do 90% of the day to day management, and will allow you to utilize a website like this one to recruit if you wish. We also talk to your recruits and prospects for you. The average commission will be $500. per loan to the recruiting manager on an ongoing basis. As an example, if a loan closed for 400k at 2 points, your override would be $1,600. You open the door by filling out the application and calling us. As a recruiting manager, you do not need to be experienced in the business, for we do all training in our mentor program and you can forward your prospects to our 800# and we will do the rest.

We allow you to recruit experienced loan officers, but since we pay such a high contract with them, our profits can be as low as $400. per loan. If you recruit an experienced loan officer, you are paid 20% of our net broker profits. If you recruit someone that is new, such as financial planners, attorneys, real estate agents, accountants, or simply sales people, you will receive between 10% up to 30% overrides. Five good loan officers working for you can earn a potential six figure income. The commissions increase with volume up to 30% or .30 basis points, whichever is greater, depending upon volume. If you were being paid 20% of the upfront points on a 300k loan at 2 points, your override would be $1200. on that one loan. We will hire new people that are honest, sincere and can follow instructions and are teachable. Nice people only please. We provide personal attention to each and need positive professionals who have the highest standards. We will explain the program for you and assist you with recruiting, once you join the program. It is a fantastic career with an ongoing income for years. It will be the recruiters job to stay in touch with them by email and phone and to offer support and to make sure they attend our daily classes at noon. We are also going to have the classes recorded daily for those who wish to call in at any time of day and learn their daily lesson. We have guest speakers and try to have some fun as well
