3 million in closed volume?

If you have at least one year loan origination experience and at least three million in closed volume, we have a separate option or contract for you. If you are in a position to operate your own business independently from your home, we would like to talk to you. You will be able to still be a part of our mentor program for the low rate loans, but in addition, you can write any of our other 75 lenders.

We pay our experienced loan officers differently, so give us a call. We offer the best contract in the business if you are able to operate on your own without training on the conventional products. You can still be a part of the mentor program for the low rate loans and it will be under the same contract as everyone else. If you want to participate in the mentor program and do the starter rate loans with the presentation book and training manual, the flat $245. set up fee still applies and it is refunded on your first closing. If you wish to not participate and do not need the mentor program and supplies and software, then the fee is not necessary as long as you have the closed loan volume and send in some verification of such.

You are paid on all other business on a 90% contract with a $500. minimum profit on that 10%, plus a flat .50 basis point charge with a minimum $400 profit on that .50 basis points. You will be set up with one company that will handle all your title work, closings, appraisals, and credit reports. We will help set you up with your own private processor with extensive experience. We will assist you, but we do not train on this size contract except on the low rate plans. On those plans we handle all aspects of the loan for you. We will guide you to the various product reps and you can work directly with them
